Customer has 7 days to return the item if it is still in original packaging, unopened/repackaged, and found defective after confirmation by our inspection team.
If the product is not as per the dimensions or design on the website (color may vary depending on monitor calibration and resolution across different monitors), customer can claim for replacement/credit note/refund if notified within 7 days of purchase and not installed.

• Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, shipping damage, and acts of nature (such as, for example, wind, extreme weather conditions
• Tanning oil or other chemicals, natural fading, damage to polyester fabric, scratching, chipping in finish, fading, weathering, staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage repair or consumer alterations are excluded from the warranty.
