The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is in original condition inside the original packaging, and has not been opened or repackaged, if our inspection team proves that the product is defective.
In the event that the product does not conform to the specifications declared on the website (except for slight differences in color due to different screen calibrations and resolutions), the customer can request a replacement of the product, a refund or a credit note, provided that notification is made within 14 days from the date of purchase and the product must not have been installed.

• Give the surface a deeper cleaning using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Allow the furniture to dry completely before using it again or covering it.

• Any broken frame or welds we will at the factory replace, repair or repaint the frame in the original color and pattern, if available, or in a similar style if the color is discontinued.
• (Some exclusions may apply) Structural damage, seat frame damage, table frame damage are covered under warranty.
• The warranty does not cover
• Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, shipping damage, and acts of nature (such as, for example, wind, extreme weather conditions
• Tanning oil or other chemicals, natural fading, damage to polyester fabric, scratching, chipping of finish, fading, weathering, staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage repair or modifications by the consumer are excluded from the warranty.
